2. 獨家功能 (僅適用衛星電話與衛星對講機雙模機 Iridium Extreme 9575 PTT)：動態韌性切換（Dynamic Resilience） 我們理解在極端災變（如孤島效應）時，與外界（市話/手機）聯繫是救命關鍵。因此，我們開發了符合台灣法規的「緊急應變閘道（PSTN Gateway）」註1，這項功能平時上鎖，鑰匙掌握在您（指揮官/管理者）手中：

權限分級管控（Scheme A）： 一般隊員僅能對講；唯有經授權的「指揮官帳號」或「應變中心（EOC）」，才擁有權限透過管理介面啟動 PSTN 連接功能，對外撥打市話求援或回報上級。

自動時限防護（Scheme B）： 為避免緊急狀態結束後忘記關閉，系統具備「自動防呆機制」。啟動後可設定 4~24 小時自動切斷連結，回復封閉狀態。這不僅符合 NCC 對於「非常態連接」的監理要求，更是替機關看緊荷包。
3. 可自行設定通訊群組與通訊範圍，通訊保密不外洩。

為何PTT比衛星電話更適合政府機關使用?
Icom is distinguished by its extensive range of peripheral devices, including indoor satellite antennas, allowing SPTT (Satellite Push-to-Talk) to function effectively indoors. Additionally, Icom integrates traditional walkie-talkies, IP phones, automotive accessories, and other communication devices, enabling users to flexibly utilize all communication tools based on their needs. The walkie-talkies are ergonomically designed with a comfortable grip, and the interface supports Traditional Chinese. They also feature various smart functions such as displaying the direction and distance of the caller, call recording, and Bluetooth headset support, enhancing the overall user experience.
On the other hand, the Iridium Extreme PTT is a fully-featured satellite phone developed by the Iridium team based on the mature Iridium Extreme satellite phone platform, now including PTT functionality. Its standard PTT interface is fully compatible with Icom's IC-SAT-100, allowing direct SPTT communication between the two devices. This feature offers users a broader range of usage options, and when using Iridium Extreme PTT for satellite phone and PTT communication, users can benefit from significantly discounted satellite communication rates.
